This Terms and Conditions document (together with the Delivery Options and 14 Day Return Policy pages on this site) governs the use of Remadee.co.nz an online Service of Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014)Ltd. (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this document (and those pages). You can access this document at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Shopping Terms & Conditions
Purchasing from Remadee.co.nz
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using Payment express, a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility, or using your on-line banking facilities. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Products will be supplied by Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to the supplier to buy the product. All orders are subject to acceptance by the supplier, and the supplier will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between the supplier and you will only be formed at that time.
The contract relates to those products whose dispatch has been confirmed by the supplier. The supplier will not be obliged to supply any other product which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed.
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when the supplier receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand GST (if any). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this should happen after you have placed an order, we will contact you prior to processing it.
Orders for delivery of products outside of New Zealand are not available.
The supplier will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under its contract with you that is caused by an event outside its reasonable control.
Contracts for the purchase of products using the Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formulation, will be governed by New Zealand law. Any such dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Payment Express to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
Payment Express is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, personal information you provide is stored in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology.

Use of the Service by You
Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others' use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, Remadee.co.nz the online service of Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd.
Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd. is the owner of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the material contained in the Service or is permitted by the owner to use such material. No permission is given in respect of the use of such mark or rights, and such use may constitute an infringement of the owner's rights.
This Service provides general information about Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd and the products and services we offer. The information contained in the Service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd and the services and products we offer. Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the Service at any time without notice.
Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
Remadee.co.nz will supply to New Zealand residential customers only.
New Zealand has strict legislation governing the supply and control of medication; therefore, it may be deemed necessary to cancel your order through Remadee.co.nz to ensure compliance with those rules. We will make every effort to contact you and discus the reasons for such cancellation should that occur. If payments have been made in lieu of any order that is cancelled the full amount of the order will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Most orders received by us before 3.00pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Remadee.co.nz endeavours to deliver your order within three working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of your order.
All homes within a 5km radius of Hillcrest Pharmacy are within our designated free delivery area as indicated on the map below your delivery will be free of charge.
All purchases over $100 will be delivered within New Zealand Free of charge.
If you live outside the designated area then a delivery fee will be added to your purchase order for your approval prior to the completion of the purchase agreement.
Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders received are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times below.

Hillcrest Pharmacy (2014) Ltd and Remadee.co.nz are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied through the Remadee.co.nz website, please phone Hillcrest Pharmacy on 078566222 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will discuss with possible arrangements with you in relation to the exchanged or replaced of the product you ordered.
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please contact us immediately to arrange the most convenient way to return the goods for an exchange or refund. Please keep the packaging with the goods if possible. Goods must be returned within 14 days of your contract purchase date, provided they are in an original, re-saleable condition.
Returning goods bought as special offers:
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for $40) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
You must return any free items or vouchers back to us before we can process your refund.
Please see our returns policy for more information regarding returning an order.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment and will exclude delivery costs.
Our usual returns policy does not apply to personalised products or Medicines.
Return or Medicines and Herbal Products.
For safety reasons once a medicine has left our climate controlled storage and warehousing areas we are not able to resell them. This means that if you have changed your mind about your selection of these products they will not be able to be returned for credit unless they have arrived to you in a damaged or unusable condition. Your signature for receipt of these products from the delivery courier is your acknowledgement that you have received them in good condition.
It is your responsibility to check the product you receive before signing for receipt.

All other non-medicine ordered through the Remadee.co.nz website can be returned according to the standard 14 day returns policy below.

Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange, you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
